Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

HIGHER is a service operated by AXORA FZE, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using HIGHER ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

HIGHER is a personal development application offering daily rituals, journaling, archetypal cards, identity tracking and AI-assisted reflection. It is a tool for self-reflection. It is not medical, psychological, psychiatric, financial or legal advice and is not a substitute for professional care.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use HIGHER. By using the Service you confirm you meet this requirement.

4. Account

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. Subscriptions & payments

Premium plans (Monthly, Annual, Lifetime) are billed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel at any time from your profile; access continues until the end of the current period. The 7-day free trial on the Annual plan can be canceled before its end without charge.

Prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes where required by law. We may change pricing for future billing periods with reasonable notice.

6. Refunds

Subscription payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law. For one-time Lifetime purchases, contact us within 14 days of purchase to request a refund if you have not made substantive use of premium features.

7. Your content

You retain ownership of journal entries, intentions, reflections and other content you create. You grant us a limited license to store, process and display this content solely to operate the Service for you (including sending it to AI providers to generate Companion responses you request).

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to: misuse the Service, attempt to access other users' data, reverse-engineer the Service, or use it for illegal purposes.

9. AI features

Companion AI responses are generated by large language models and may be inaccurate or inappropriate. Treat them as prompts for your own reflection, not authoritative guidance.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your profile.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
